The average mentorship program lasts three months due to mentor’s bandwidth, constant talent fluxes, ineffective role training, and insufficient participant pairing strategies. In this session, we address the challenges of traditional mentorship & sponsorship programs, and provide a new scalable, transparent, measure framework that fosters a culture of mentorship, engagement, and retention.

Most organizations spend a tremendous amount of time and budget on leadership and management training. However, to truly process and leverage our collective experiences and create space for new initiatives, projects and roles, we must train our people to curate a healthy Mentor’s Narrative to share social & career capital in meaningful and fulfilling ways.

    Together, we will:
    • Identify the six types of mentors inside your organization
    • Explore effective strategies to deploy and maximize the innate skillset
    • Develop a framework to build a culture of mentorship & sponsorship
