  For the 2024 DEI Program for returning participants, all tracks will come together for four (4) 90 minutes sessions.   

  • Pre-work will be assigned
  • Each session will start with leading edge content
  • Sessions will progress to include breakout session, by track, to allow for open, in-depth conversations
  • Discussions will be geared toward real world challenges for specific tracks
  • Each session will end with participants agreeing to take specific action between sessions.

  All sessions are scheduled from 12:00pm – 1:30pm CST.

  • February 14: The Art of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.  It’s an Inside Job.

  • August 14: 5 Actions You Can Take Today to Lead More Inclusively.
