The average mentorship program lasts three months due to mentor’s bandwidth, constant talent fluxes, ineffective role training, and insufficient participant pairing strategies. In this session, we address the challenges of traditional mentorship & sponsorship programs, and provide a new scalable, transparent, measure framework that fosters a culture of mentorship, engagement, and retention.

Most organizations spend a tremendous amount of time and budget on leadership and management training.
