THE SESSION WILL COVER:

Business leaders traditionally overlook awareness training for their workforces, instead relying on various levels of awareness people already possess. This is no longer adequate as business climates are rapidly adapting to multiple unprecedented social changes all at once. Professionals are increasingly incorporating "mindfulness," in which they gain awareness skills to perform with greater adaptability, authenticity, communication talent, resiliency and satisfaction – all directly in service to the company’s performance.

Arron Mansika is a recognized business leader, executive director, entrepreneur and startup advisor. Scaling Up Awareness draws from Arron's experience advising thousands of entrepreneurs and business owners on the topics of advanced leadership, authenticity, brand and culture. In this purposeful discussion, Arron demonstrates business application of awareness skills.

Participants gain pragmatic abilities to improve professional performance, personal meaning and company culture – all to drive the bottom line.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

  • Self-Awareness
    • Learn the “One-Minute Sit” to meet any moment with intention and impact
  • Interpersonal Awareness
    • Experience, in real time, the advantage diversity brings to Team Intelligence
  • Market Awareness
    • Gain “Binocular Vision” into your company’s ecosystem: Economic Lens (resource management) and Ecologic Lens (relationship management)
