For the 2024 DEI Program for returning participants, all tracks will come together for four (4) 90 minutes sessions.
- Pre-work will be assigned
- Each session will start with leading edge content
- Sessions will progress to include breakout session, by track, to allow for open, in-depth conversations
- Discussions will be geared toward real world challenges for specific tracks
- Each session will end with participants agreeing to take specific action between sessions.
All sessions are scheduled from 12:00pm – 1:30pm CST.

- February 14: The Art of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. It’s an Inside Job.
- May 15: Microaggressions
- August 14: 5 Actions You Can Take Today to Lead More Inclusively.
- October 16: Compassion & Civility in the Workplace. Dealing with Conflict, Pronoun Best Practices & Diverse Group Sensitivities.
